The Centre international de formation europeenne (CIFE, Nice/Berlin), the Cooperation and Development Institute (Tirana), the Association Bourgogne Balkans Express (Dijon) and SciencesPoEnvironnement (Dijon) are pleased to announce our upcoming project, with generous support by the French-German Youth Office (OFAJ/DFJW) :
Ideas and Action for Europe: Energy and Environment in the 21st century
Our programme offers an exceptional opportunity for young citizens from Albania, France and Germany to meet, work and engage in energy and environmental issues across Europe. You will enhance theoretical and practical knowledge and apply it in expert discussions, field trips and a final symposium.
WORKSHOPS:
The programme consists of a series of three workshops including a final symposium:
Berlin, Germany: Sat, 25. November - Fri, 1. December 2017
Dijon, France: Sun, 25. February - Sat, 03. March 2018
Tirana, Albania: Sun, 27. May - Sat, 02. June 2018
The interactive programme foresees visits to key public institutions and private organizations, field trips to sites of interest for energy and environmental issues, discussions with external experts, cooperation in thematic intercultural working groups as well as training in presentation and debating skills.
PARTICIPANTS:
We are reaching out to participants, 18 - 29 years of age, who are interested or currently engaged in projects related to the environment, energy, European integration or civic activism. If you are working or studying in a relevant field or organization and if you are an Albanian citizen or resident in Albania, you can apply to our programme. 8 participants will be selected from each country in a total group of 24.
COST:
Participation fee: 50 Euro
Travel, accommodation and eligible costs for all three workshops will be covered by the programme. Please note that our participants are required to attend all 3 workshops.
LANGUAGE:
Our working language will be English. Multilingualism in the programme is encouraged.
