The Regional Youth Employability Skills Portfolio summarizes results of the analysis in WB countries on key skills needed for successful adaptation of young people to the labour market as well as methods for their development through programmes of youth organizations and organizations working with young people. This document is based on the comparative study which has been conducted in six WB countries - Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. The analysis comprised of desk research and gathering inputs from relevant stakeholders and youth workers in particular. The portfolio is designed to serve as a guide for youth workers and organizations in creating and implementing youth employability programmes.
